Abacus Appoints Fatima Asad-Said Chief Executive Officer

March 8, 2021 (LAHORE] - Abacus - a leading technology, consulting and outsourcing firm, announced its new corporate governance framework in that its Board of Directors has appointed Fatima Asad-Said as Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. Whilst Asad Ali Khan continues as Chairman of the Board, he will no longer serve as the CEO. Muhammad Aamer Chaudhary shall assume the role of Vice Chairman of the Board Abbas Khan and Paul Batchelor shall continue as nor executive members of the Board. Abbas Khan also continues with his role in London as CEO of member firm Abacus Cambridge Partners Global Alliya Haider, Executive Director, shall assume the role of Corporate Secretary.

Over the last 24 years with Abacus, Fatima has been an integral member of the top leadership at Abacus and spearheaded major strategy and technology initiatives across the firm's portfolio most notably delivering solutions in Digital Transformation, Enterprise Innovation Corporate Governance, Strategic Change and Human Capital Management
