Customized Sponsored Survey

We conduct a Customized Sponsored Survey on the behalf of your company to benchmark the remuneration benefits and its associated practices for selected positions, management levels, functions, with a chosen group of companies. This survey can be tailored according to your needs. Participants will receive a complimentary report, while the sponsoring participants will receive a detailed report on account of sharing information. These surveys are conducted on the Mercer proprietary tools and methodologies for data collection, analysis and reporting.

Key Differentiating Factors

  • You are able to decide on the comparator basket (i.e. companies to be included in the survey), the positions to be benchmarked, the format of the report, and the analysis that you would want to be conducted.
  • We will facilitate the survey as a third party by approaching the companies to be included in the survey to solicit their participation, obtaining their data (afresh) and providing you with the report.
  • Client Sponsored surveys provide analysis on just about anything within a given industry, ranging from Gross/Base Salary to an all-inclusive benefits comparison.
  • The methodology of this survey is developed considering local business environment and the best global practices.

Desktop Survey

Desktop Survey will provide you with the analysis of how you compare your organization with a select group (10-12 companies & 25-30 unique positions) from our existing latest TRS database.

Key Differentiating Factors

  • Desktop surveys are the most basic forms of surveys offered by Abacus.
  • They do not require any fresh/primary data collection and are based on existing data available through various past assignments.
  • Limitation of time and cost is what drives clients to go for these kinds of surveys.
