We conduct a Customized Sponsored Survey on the behalf of your company to benchmark the remuneration benefits and its associated practices for selected positions, management levels, functions, with a chosen group of companies. This survey can be tailored according to your needs. Participants will receive a complimentary report, while the sponsoring participants will receive a detailed report on account of sharing information. These surveys are conducted on the Mercer proprietary tools and methodologies for data collection, analysis and reporting.

  • They do not require any fresh/primary data collection and are based on existing data available through various past assignments.

Annual Base Salary (COMP 1)
Monthly base salary times the number of months guaranteed

Total Guaranteed Cash Compensation (COMP 2)
Base salary plus the annualized value of guaranteed allowances

Cash allowances paid as part of salary without need of a receipt or proof (reimbursements are not covered)

Annual Total Cash Compensation (COMP 3)
Total guaranteed cash compensation plus annualized value of short-term incentive, sales incentive, profit sharing or other incentive awards

Variable Pay comprises of all performance related pay including bonus, sales incentive and commissions
