Job Evaluation is a critical exercise for organizations as it helps cascade a company's overall strategic plans into well-defined functional/individual roles and responsibilities aligned with business objectives. These workshops will empower the participants/ HR specialists to effectively apply Job Evaluation methodologies within their organizations by providing them with appropriate understanding on efficient tools and processes. Job evaluation helps in determining roles and responsibilities of each job in any organization, eventually leading to establishing a benchmark for compensation comparison and attracting core talent.
