Dear Valued Clients and Partners of Abacus,
I hope that all is well with you, your families, and your colleagues. Considering the COVID-19 global pandemic, we remain concerned about all those affected. At Abacus, we are committed to supporting each other in these unprecedented times and ensuring business continuity while focusing on the well-being and safety of our people, clients, partners, and community at large.
Our commitment to sustaining our long-term relationships with our clients and partners extends to maintaining the quality and continuity of service and ensure value creation despite the challenging times that face us collectively. Digital platform-based plans are being put in place in order to minimize disruption to business, while ensuring the safety and well-being of our people and clients. Both our project staff deployed at client premises, and resources at Abacus premises remain available to ensure continued work delivery. Our technology communication platforms are also prepared to provide digital support for both internal and external meetings. We continue to maintain regular communication with our clients and partners as our offices remain operational.
I would like to assure that we are closely monitoring the worldwide incidence of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and its effects. Based on WHO guidelines, and various international public health bodies, we have already instituted precautionary measures to mitigate the risk for our clients and people with respect to running awareness and prevention campaigns on COVID-19 including restrictions on non-essential travel, social distancing tips and first response action. We have rapidly adapted and will continue to adapt best practices and guidelines in all our offices as they become available.
As we navigate through this global challenge, we remain open to any feedback or business issue that you would like to discuss with us. Please do not hesitate to connect with your respective Abacus contact.
Let’s commit to transforming together as we weather through this crisis and remain mindful to safeguarding the wellness of your colleagues, families and community at large.
